ROCKDALE CITY KIA is following all recommendations from the NSW Government in minimising the risk of COVID-19 virus transmission at our Dealership.

From Monday the 11th of October we will be conducting business in two ways: Customer Facing (Traditional) and Click & Collect (Contactless).

Under current NSW Govt Health Regulations, customers who wish to enter the Showroom or Service Reception will be required to show proof of vaccination on entry as well as scanning our QR code and must wear a face mask at all times. Please come prepared at your appointment time with this proof to avoid delays at the entrance.

We also ask, that when you arrive at the dealership, please be patient, courteous, and understanding with our staff who will have the additional responsibility of ensuring our dealership complies with NSW government prescribed entry requirements.

If you are unable to visit in person we will still be offering Click & Collect for both Sales and Service.

We use only genuine parts in all services and spend the time and money required to make sure our facilities stay up to date with technology, equipment and staff training. We ensure you a comfortable service experience with early bird drop off, a Customer lounge and courtesy cars.

Prefer to wait? Feel free to enjoy a coffee and take a seat in our waiting area. Everything you need including Wi-Fi, restrooms and refreshments are there for you.

We need 3 days notice so please don't delay in booking your preferred date. You can book your service online or call one of our staff on (02) 85774666. Once booked we’ll touch base and let you know we’ve got you booked in. Unfortunately, technology isn’t foolproof so if you don’t hear from us in 24hrs, please give us a call with your rego number and we’ll make sure we accommodate your request.
